Trade Fair Booth and Catalog Project
This project for Kraków Nowa Huta Przyszłości S.A. involved designing a trade fair booth and investment catalog to promote the Kraków Metropolitan Area at the Hannover Messe technology fair in the USA.
Project Goal
The objective was to create a visually compelling and informative presentation for international investors, highlighting the economic and technological potential of Kraków and the surrounding region. The booth and catalog needed to align with EU branding standards while effectively communicating investment opportunities in a clear and professional way.
The scope of work included:
Discovery & Research
- Defining project requirements with the client, including booth elements, catalog structure, and brand alignment.
- Researching visual and communication standards for international trade fairs.
Booth Design
- Designing six modular trade fair walls forming a cohesive visual layout.
- Integrating project logos, partner branding, and EU visual guidelines.
- Creating dynamic graphics and maps to attract visitors and communicate investment data.
Catalog Design
- Preparing the catalog layout aligned with the project’s brandbook.
- Designing maps of Kraków and the USA to highlight key investment areas.
- Incorporating photographs, infographics, and investment statistics into an engaging format.
- Ensuring multilingual support for international audiences.
Finalization & Delivery
- Providing production-ready files for both booth and catalog.
- Delivering assets optimized for print, digital use, and future marketing campaigns.
