We are Fesido Sp. z o.o., a creative graphic design studio based in Kraków, Poland. We specialise in visual identity, 3D visualisations, animations, promotional and digital materials. We work with a variety of clients—from small local businesses to public institutions and corporate clients across Europe.

Because we combine fresh, modern design ideas (coming from a young and dynamic team) with a business-oriented and pro-client approach. We pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and deliver work that not only “looks good” but also helps your brand stand out in the market. We also provide safe handling of your project (secure data, backups), so it’s not just creativity but also reliability.

Our services cover visual identity (logo design, naming, brand books, key visuals, wayfinding), graphic design (catalogues, brochures, packaging, labels, promotional materials, publications, etc.), 3D visualisations (product, real-estate, urban, 360°), animations and motion graphics (explainer videos, logo animations, whiteboard, typographic animations), and digital content including social media graphics or online presentations. We start with a conversation to understand your needs, then present a proposal and cost estimate, move on to design concepts, allow for your feedback and revisions, and deliver final files in the formats you require.

You can view many of our completed projects in the Portfolio section of our website, which showcases visual identity, graphic design, 3D visualisations, animations, and promotional materials. Some successful works are not published due to non-disclosure agreements.

We accept payments via bank transfer and provide invoices. For international clients, we can issue invoices in different currencies depending on agreement. For larger or ongoing projects, we use contracts or agreements that lay out scope, deliverables, timeline, and revisions. If a client requires confidentiality, we are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements.

Project timelines depend on the scope and complexity of what you need. Something small like a logo or simple graphic may be completed in a few days to about a week. Larger projects, especially those involving full branding, 3D visualisation, or animation, often take several weeks. When you request a quote, we’ll always provide an estimated schedule so you know when to expect deliverables.

Every project is unique, so we prepare custom quotes based on scope, complexity, number of revisions, and deliverables. We also offer various cooperation models: single project basis, package deals, retainer or hourly models for ongoing collaboration. This gives flexibility so clients only pay for what they need.
